We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 03 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must not be from our Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom Embroidered Designs categories, as these are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for returns through our website.

To maintain hygiene and quality assurance, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Initiating a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping details.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality inspection before processing your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item passes inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related concerns under the following conditions:

  • The original item must be returned before the new item is shipped.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Andanza is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified only within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
